Refund Policy
Our refund policy is outlined below. Feel free to call us with any questions.
Block time pre-purchases
All cancellations must be received in writing. A prorated portion of any unused prepayment of block time may be refundable.
Registrants whose cancellation is received by Nashua Flight Simulator will receive a refund of unused block time remaining at the rate purchased less a $15 cancellation charge. Nashua Flight Simulator is not responsible for block time cancellations that were mailed or faxed but not received.
Special program or course registration
Nashua Flight Simulator will fully refund registration costs for registrants who notify Nashua Flight Simulator three days prior to the program start date. For cancellations of less than three days, Nashua Flight Simulator will assess a $25 cancellation fee.
